I had such an amazing and wonderful experience at Elemental. After completing my time there I feel like I made so much progress in my healing and recovery journey. I was very hesitant about entering treatment, but the staff there made the transition and experience very pleasant and worthwhile. I have never encountered a more accommodating staff in all my years in recovery. As an all women’s treatment facility the staff is all female which I greatly appreciated. I can honestly say each staff member always went above and beyond to make us clients feel safe, seen and heard. They made the whole process at Elemental one I’ll never forget and will surely carry with me for a lifetime. From the accommodations, to the groups, to the food and the one-on-one therapy – it was all so beautifully curated. You can feel how much this place cares about you as an individual, not just as some insurance policy like many other centers. I loved the home environment, it was very cozy and comfortable, and the meals were out of this world; something you don’t find at many other places.
If you’re a woman in need of mental health services I couldn’t recommend this place more. Thank you again to Elemental for a truly lifesaving experience.

I am in love with this facility. I have been through treatment many times about seven years exactly going into multiple residentials per year. Elemental Health however, has deeply impacted me and changed my perspective on my mental health and for the first time, I felt hope that I would be able to do this. Staff is absolutely incredible. These are people that genuinely want to help. Nicole The owner is absolutely an angel. She helped me when I was going through hard times with my daughter having surgery and she was able to get me more time there to process. The amount of care and love that these people show is a game changer. If I were to ever go back to Treatment again, I would come here! Elemental was amazing. This was the perfect place to do inner child work and unpack trauma. The house is beautiful and cozy and I was able to reset my nervous system through the mind body spirit somatic and emotional therapy. I enjoyed the pool and the sun deck. The chef is amazing and got my health back on track. The team is incredible. I loved the incorporation of art therapy as well. Overall wonderful experience

As a clinician in the community with a group practice and many opportunities to refer to higher levels of care, I am always staying in touch with the latest and greatest in our community. I have had the pleasure of getting to know the work that is done at Elemental Health and I have been so impressed by the evidenced-based treatment and thoughtful care they are providing to the community. The space is breathtaking and peaceful and the chef is extraordinary.
The ladies that developed this program truly embody the term specialized as they do not fail to look at any and all possible underlying issues (which women often report are ignored in our medical community). They do so with full hormone and blood panels to assess physiological factors that can be influencing mental health.
Their ability to treat not just the symptoms but the root causes of mental and emotional pain is why they are so able to help individuals navigating challenges related to chronic pain, neurodivergence, and dissociative disorders—areas that many centers struggle to address with such care and clinical sophistication.
Elemental’s team brings a holistic and integrative approach to treatment, including modalities like somatic therapy, EMDR, and mindfulness practices, all grounded in clinical expertise. They truly meet each client where they are, tailoring care to the whole person—body, mind, and spirit.

The first few days I was here I was having flashbacks and I crawled into bed, and Nicolle helped me move to the living room and ground w/ ice and peppermint essential oils, and I felt safe and seen for the first time in a long time. I did not know what it felt like to feel safe before I got here.

 

 

 

 

I think the biggest thing I’ve overcome since being here is that feeling that I need to do whatever OTHER people want. Now I know that I don’t owe anyone anything and I get to decide what I want to do with my life. I am allowed to put myself in safe situations and don’t have to feel guilty about that.

 

 

 

 

I have met so many safe people and it makes me feel more hopeful and like I deserve and am allowed to choose safe options. I feel more in control of my anxiety as well… I can choose healthy coping mechanisms and even if it takes longer for relief, the relief comes eventually.

 

 

 

 

I really enjoyed my time here, wonderful staff and very supportive group of individuals. Made me feel extremely safe & welcomed… The owners are some of the kindest individuals I’ve met… I’ve never seen such hardworking, caring people who spend day to night here making sure we are always okay!

 

 

 

 

I feel like I got a brain-cleanse — like my brain was dirty and it got scrubbed out. I’m more optimistic, kind to myself, resilient, able to process emotions, and excited for the future.

And: Life is about the little moments, and finding beauty and enjoyment on the journey.

 

 

 

 

It’s scary and it’s hard, but it’s also safe and it’s freeing. Every person who walks in this building wants to do whatever they can to help.

 

 

 

 

I overcame a ton of my most powerful limiting beliefs about myself, learned how to be independent and self-soothe, and learned how to process my emotions in a healthy way so they don’t spiral out of control.

 

 

 

 

I was in a very dark place before coming here. Thanks to EleMental, I finally feel in control again.
